Foundations & waterproofing
Excavation, membrane laid at the source, slab poured. The structure rises on ground we understand.

Structure & water systems
Frame rises, risers and pumps in, roof tank set. The building learns to move water.

Commissioning & handover
Systems tested, fountain and irrigation live, operators trained, and the after-sales program begins.
